We are pleased to announce the appointment of Fr. Antonio Allende Felgueroso, SJ, as a new member of the Kircher Network Council, succeeding Fr. Gonzalo Villagrán, SJ.
Fr. Allende is the current President of Comillas Pontifical University. He earned his Ph.D. in English Philology from the University of Salamanca and a Licentiate in Theology from JSTB, Berkeley (California). His academic journey includes teaching at the University of San Francisco and more recently at the Faculty of Theology in Comillas. Beyond academia, he brings extensive experience in the governance of Jesuit apostolic works. Since 2015, he has served as the Delegate for Education of the Spanish Province of the Society of Jesus.
We warmly welcome him to the Council and are confident that his vision will be of great value to the Network.
