The ELP is a 5-month long formation for trainees or young professionals living and working in Brussels. Over the course of the 5 months (March – July 2022), Fellows have the opportunity to learn from leaders and meet top decision-makers, expand their professional network, join discernment training through coaching and volunteer with marginalized populations.
If you feel motivated to build your leadership skills in a thriving environment and expand your professional network in Brussels, you are invited to apply to ELP here
Being an ELP Fellow means living in a community – our Fellows share a house and build lifelong friendships. During the previous 6 cohorts, ELP welcomed participants from more than 20 countries around the world working in different sectors such as EU bodies and institutions, NATO, NGOs, or the private field. The Program has a Job Seeking Success Rate of 97%, an Alumni Engagement Rate of 86%, and a Brussels staying rate of 65%.
At the end of their Fellowship, Fellows present a Research Paper to a jury at University Centre Saint-Ignatius Antwerp (UCSIA) about their experience and learnings in the past months.
