The General Assembly will be a fantastic opportunity for our member institutions to get to know their fellow Jesuit higher education institutions in Europe and Lebanon, and foster new collaborations.

Registration and Payment

Please fill out the following form to register.

The fee per participant is 65€. The fee payment should be made through a wire transfer to the JCEP. You can access the payment information here.

Event location

The plenary session will be held in the room Churruca of the University of Deusto (Bilbao campus). Find more information about the different locations of the event, here.

Accommodation

The University of Deusto has booked the rooms for the participants at  the Colegio Mayor de Deusto. Participants will pay the accommodation at check out.  Find more information about the accommodation here. 

Transportation

There are different alternatives to get to the University of Deusto, using public transport from the airport. More details about transportation here.

HISTORIC MONUMENT
The Bilbao campus is the oldest and is located in the heart of the city centre, between the Guggenheim Museum, the Iberdrola Tower and the Euskalduna Conference Centre and Concert Hall, iconic landmark buildings of the Biscayan capital. It was declared a Historic Monument in 2002 and consists of several buildings of great architectural value.

The Kircher Network will book the rooms at the Colegio Mayor de Deusto for the participants registered for the Assembly.   The accommodation cost per day includes the meals. Participants will pay for the accommodation at check out.  Find more information about the accommodation.

  • Single rooms (meals included) will be booked by the Kircher Network for those that have registered here. The cost per day is 63€ (plus 10% Tax).

FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE ACCOMMODATION

By taxi

The airport of Bilbao is very well connected to the city. It takes 12 minutes by taxi to get to the Colegio Mayor de Deusto. Companies like Uber may offer better prices.

By bus

From the airport, you can get the bus A3247 passing every 20 minutes. It takes only three stops and 18 minutes of walking to get to the Colegio Mayor de Deusto.
